Contract Business Interiors, Inc. (CBI), was founded as a furniture dealership operating as a one-stop shop for contract furniture and furniture services. Our package of manufacturers addresses applications including office case goods, modular systems, auditorium, dormitory, lounge and lecture hall. We offer a vast array of services: modular systems installation, reconfiguration, high density filing systems, interior/exterior signage, art installation, furniture refurbishing, refinishing and repairs. CBI provides complete professional services in the area of design/layout, project management and consulting. Our professionally trained, uniformed crews maintain superior standards in product handling and installation techniques. We are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction.
At CBI we provide storage in our modern warehouse that is equipped with the state of the art security system for maximum protection. Our computerized inventory control system ensures accurate asset management.

Stephen Gamble | President and CEO
Stephen Gamble founded CBI, Inc. with a vision to bring the contract furniture marketplace the most professional and finest quality contract furniture dealership. Establishing an impeccable report with clients and providing exceptional customer service has been the main focus of CBI, Inc.
Mr. Gamble attended Morehouse College and brings 18 years of industry experience to CBI, Inc. projects and operations. Prior to the inception of CBI, Mr. Gamble spent 13 years with a major contract furniture dealership. His significant experience with manufactures such as Knoll and Allsteel has laid the foundation to commandeer large projects. Most notably: City of Atlanta Tower, Annex, Spelman Cosby Center and Dougherty County Department of Human Resources. He has assisted in the creation of the furniture standards projgram at JVC Company of America, Medical College of Georgia, H. J. Russell & Company, and Syncor International. Under the leadership of Stephen Gamble, CBI, Inc. has been able to embody the vision of professionalism and the undying need to cater to the client.
Carl Hagood | Vice President and COO
Carl Hagood shares Mr. Gamble's vision and brings the experience to make that vision a reality. Educated at the Illinois Institute of Technology and Atlanta Academy of Professional Arts, Mr. Hagood has more than 15 years experience in the fields of design/project management and installation. He has worked with many of Atlanta's top design firms.
Over the past 13 years, Mr. Hagood was President and CEO of a contract furniture service firm with offices in Atlanta and Washington D.C. offering furniture and artwork installation, furniture repair, warehousing and asset management to corporate and government clients. He joined CBI at its inception and has helped to position the firm as one of the fastest growing furniture dealers in the contract furniture industry.
